YEG Home Solutions was built from a vision that began long before we arrived in Canada—a vision rooted in real estate, hard work, and a genuine desire to create meaningful impact through every transaction.



We are Marie and Febert Abenoja, real estate investors based in Edmonton, Alberta.



Our journey started in 2012 in Davao City, Philippines, where Marie worked as a Real Estate Broker and began investing in vertical property acquisition and land banking opportunities. Those early experiences shaped our foundation in real estate—understanding value, risk, and long-term growth.



In 2015, we immigrated to Edmonton and rebuilt our path from the ground up.



Marie established her career in the housing industry, where she developed strong expertise in property management and asset operations. Through years of hands-on experience, she gained deep knowledge of Alberta’s legislation, regulations, bylaws, and policies—ensuring properties are managed with compliance, care, and professionalism. She is currently advancing her expertise further by completing her Real Estate License in Alberta.



Febert, originally an Electrical Engineer, transitioned into residential and commercial maintenance in Canada while completing his Power Engineering and Technology education. His technical background provides a strong advantage in evaluating property conditions, building systems, and operational efficiency. He is currently pursuing his Master Electrician certification, which continues to strengthen the technical foundation of our real estate business.



YEG Home Solutions is a continuation of the vision we first created in the Philippines—now evolving and growing here in Edmonton. It is a work in progress, and we are committed to scaling it into its fullest potential while staying grounded in the values that started it all.

Aicha is the driving force behind the day-to-day organization and efficiency of YEG Home Solutions.



As our Virtual Assistant, Aicha plays a vital role in keeping our operations structured, responsive, and moving forward. She supports nearly every aspect of our business—from organizing systems and managing workflows, to assisting with lead generation and implementing marketing strategies that help us consistently connect with homeowners and investors.



Aicha works behind the scenes to ensure that no opportunity is missed. Whether it’s coordinating inquiries, maintaining our lead pipeline, or supporting our outreach efforts, she brings a high level of attention to detail and consistency that allows us to focus on building relationships and closing deals.



Her ability to stay organized, proactive, and solution-oriented makes her an essential part of our team. Through her support, we are able to operate more efficiently and deliver a smoother, more responsive experience to the people we serve.
